Ham Radio on a mustang...the only antennas I've seen on vehicles usually sit 5-7 feet tall and look ridiculous on anything other than a truck. I hope you have a powerful amplifier for a short (very short antenna).

Are you sure you don't mean CB radio? (not trying to insult you)

VHF/UHF frequencies do not require a very large antenna to be effective. I do know a few guys that run HF and have issues with the antennas hitting overpasses... but it is on a Subaru Baja, so the car couldn't look much worse from the factory.
