New to the Forum from PA
Hello everyone, you may have a new convert among you. I just bought me a 2002 GT, (second ford I have ever own, (had a 1973 Grand Torino)). So, you can already tell I'm old,(48). Last hotrod I had was a 2008 SRT challenger, but did want to mod it, so it stayed bone stock until I sold it. Anyway, my new 'stang is just for fun. My goal will be to make it as fast at the challenger was, without tubo or supercharger. It is a nice mineral gray? and has 70,000 miles on it, but it is in nice shape, runs good and has a 5 speed. I am a over the road truck driver so I am just going to take my time, and do as much as I can of the work myself, and I even have a speed shop just 4 miles away that can tune it on his dyno. BTW my challenger was making 363RWHP, (hope this little 'stang will get that without going overboard)
Anyway, that is a little about me, and I hope to learn alot here. I will try to post a pic if anyone is interested tomorrow.
