Spoke to Bama. They don't keep records based on VIN.
Service department replaced fuel pump. Car doing the exact same thing. Running lean and misfiring on multiple cylinders. Car is staying over the weekend. I am driving a Focus.
Sent an email yesterday evening to the Assistant Sales Manager at the dealership where car was purchased. She responded right away and asked that I wait until this morning so she could talk to her General Manager. And, nothing...
