Over the winter of 2011 I decided to build my own SLA... The new rules for 2012 allowed greater track width, up to 74.5" that the S197 cars were running. So I started with modifying my MM lower control arms and went from there...

Rod ends on the LCA mounts... Initially had the lower shock mount on the forward bar of the LCA...

Decided I didn't like the lower mount, thought it'd add a torsion load on the LCA, so I cut it off and added a plate between the lower A arms.
