New to rebuilding

Default New to rebuilding
Hey I have great interest in rebuilding an old mustang but have absolutely no experience in doing anything like this before and was wondering if it is extremely difficult to take on a project like rebuilding a 67 mustang? Or is it something i will be able to pick up from the floor plans and rebuild manuals i have got? ANY opinion/help will be great please
