Default New guy in NC

Hey guys! I have had my '02 GT for about 4 years. At first I just wanted a sick looking stang that had a muscle sound. Long story short I joined the service and am about to come back from a deployment with some cash. I am wanting to go FI but am new to it. Just looking for some suggestions.

So far I have done:

CAI
75mm TB plenum
PI Intake
PI Heads
Accel COPs
X pipe and flowmaster catback

I know that I am going to have to get some forged internals, but I also heard that I should ditch the exhaust manifold and go with long headers ( which I would then have to get a new mid pipe). Also what more would I need to upgrade inorder to run around 400HP safely, other than the intake?

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome brother. Check out the Caroilna regional chapter. Between the guys at hypermotive and the guys at Pro Dyno they can hook you up. A lot of great guys and get togethers there.

Well we had no choice. You were like that stray dog that comes around every day for a week. Then your wife sees him and puts out food and says he's so cute, I bet he's hungry. Then a week later it's raining and cold out, so she lets him stay in the garage. Then you notice the following morning he's on your couch and the kids love him. Yep you just adopted him and had no say in the matter.

OP welcome to the forums! I too suggest you check out the Carolina section. Great group of guys in there.
