So Ive been on this site for a while and never signed up until today. I followed several threads on swapping new coyote engines into several Mustangs. I have a 2003 mustang gt with a standard 4.6 50k miles on it. Bought a 5.0 coyote to drop in my gt. Got myself way over my head since i dont have the time for the swap with new work hours. Wanting to sell 5.0.

Welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear your project went south but as long as the old motor still works it's all good.

Good thing my old engine works but it seems like it's not giving the same output as before. It's running a sec slower in the 1/8

You screwed with it and made it feel unwanted. You'll need to give it an upgrade gift of some sort now, just to show it some love.
