Default no horsepower

I have a 2007 ford mustang v-6, I hope I can explain this correctly. When I floor it or just try to pass another vehicle my car will only get to about 3500 rpms no faster like its ******* out,if I let up just a little it will shift and go but if I do it again in 2nd gear it gets too 3500 rpms it will do it again until I ease off the accelerator then it will shift and go, it will do this through all the gears. Why would it dog out and not go I'm confused and can't figure it out can anyone help? I do have a check engine light for o2 sensors but other than that nothing is wrong, I have done a complete tune up on it?

Could be its not getting the right amount of air to fuel mix maybe? Do you know if its been tuned at all? Or just something wrong with the transmission....

welcome

I'd take it somewhere like a performance shop or a Ford dealership and have it looked at....obviously, somethings not right, and you don't want to do anything to make it worse.

Good luck!
