New Memeber in Louisville

Hello,
1st post here. I've been a supporting memeber of the ford truck enthusiast forum for awhile, and I just picked up a mustang so I thought I would come join this forum.
My car is nothing fancy, 2000 Silver Metallic V6 auto. Gray interior. ABout as base as they come I believe. It has 191,000 miles on it but is in really good shape other than the driver's fender.
I am considering this a project car in the sense that I am trying to make it as good a car for as cheap as possible. I picked it up for $1300. I have $100 into it at the DMV, and $200 in parts to rebuild the rear end and do a drain and filter on the transmission. Rear shocks are included in all that. So I have a grand total of about $1600 in a running driving mustang with great heat and a/c. It has new tires and brakes as well, and the previous owner put struts on it within the last year.
I am looking forward to getting to know a few of you as I try to keep this car alive.

Oh yeah, I am rebuilding the 4R70W tailshaft bushing and seal as well. Damn hard to find the correct parts for that. I had to go to "Whatever It Takes" in Louisville for the correct bushing. Autozone sells a kit "5202" that is stated to be the kit for a 4R70W and it is wrong. I will get the correct part numbers later.

Thanks everyone. Nick, the headlights on this car a little foggy. I've used some headlight restore polish and just did a hand buff with decent results. If I get out the mother polishing ball with the headlight restore can I get these headlights looking a lot better?

Also, has anyone had any experience with the eBay headlight? $75-$80 shipped for new lenses with zenon bulbs installed is tempting. But I wonder how they hold up. Anyone bought them and regretted it?
