Hi guys looking for some opinions as I am about to purchase a 2010 GT 5 speed. The color is grabber blue, I think it's pretty cool looking but wonder what other people think? I really don't keep my vehicles for very long so want to make sure I don't end up with something that no one likes.

The car has the shaker 1000 stereo, sync, heated leather, upgraded 19" wheels, some kind of interior trim package, 45,000km. I'm sure the car is in perfect shape and is a pretty good deal. Is there anything I should be aware of for this year?

Thanks for any and all suggestions or comments, this would be my first Mustang, first Ford actually. I have decided that its time I buy the car I want not the one I need!

Lee.

Welcome, and congrats on your future stang. Sorry, I'm into the older mustangs but someone will chime in here soon for your questions.

Well I bought it, sight unseen actually since it is over 600km away from me. Should be here by the weekend.

Here is a pic.

Don't worry too much what others think, if you like it, go for it! 2010 is a unique year because it has the new s197 body style, but the 4.6L engine of the early bodies.

I like the old style as well, but I've got a 14 and love the thing. I've only had mine about a week, but the grin is growing!

wait...u bought the car without even looking at it?? Isn't that kinda risky...?

Did it come with any warranty? How did you even buy it without looking at it? Did you go to the dealer and they found it for you, then you paid them and now they bringing it over?

Ya I sort of specifically sought out a 2010. New body style ( and more importantly interior) but still way way less cash than a used 2011.

I have never bought a car sight unseen before. Luckily I have a connection with a new car dealer in my city who traded a truck from his lot to the dealer where the mustang is. I then bought the car from my local dealer. (Brother in law) the car is under ford warranty for another 2 years so I'm not worried about that. We have a million pictures and it doesn't even have so much as a scratch on it. Dealer to dealer the guy at the other place said he wouldn't hesitate to take it home himself. Besides if something is not the way it's is supposed to be when it arrives tomorrow I can still refuse it.
