Default Transmission question

I recently bought a 04 GT, it seems to shift lazy when it warms up. It also has an odd squeal when it shifts. I havent owned it long, any ideas? Or should I be concerned, thanks for any help...

Normal shift pattern for our cars. You can get a shift kit or better yet a Tuner. Will make a world of difference in shifts. Check your transmission mount, u-joints for the squeal sound.
