New guy from Arkansas with a "hybrid" fox body.
First off let me thank you for allowing me to participate in this great forum. I have what may not be the most acceptable combination to many here but I have no doubt you'll be welcoming none the less.
I've owned two fox mustangs in the past. A 91 5.0 LX convertable and my current 92 LX notch that started life as a 4cyl auto car (yuck) but is in the final stages of getting an all aluminum carbed LC9 5.3 from a 2008 silverado.
Here she is in all her 90's "chick car" glory before going under the knife.

Ha I knew that was a chevy motor when I seen the pics in you hood clearance post lol.
My opinion is this,
Putting a chevy v8 into a ford mustang instantly turns it into a ford v8 with special needs lol .
You may have an easier time finding parts lol I cant even go to the autoparts store and buy a part as simple as header gaskets with out pre ordering it. Tons of chevy stuff hanging on the shelves.

I was hoping I could rock the stock hood, hubcaps and luggage rack for awhile as a super sleeper but my hood clearance or lack thereof is going to result in a dead giveaway. Eventually the car will stay black/silver but will get some turbines, a cobra r hood and loose the rack.
