It's been sitting since 75 so we're assuming that's why it's stuck. I'll be back home in a few weeks for spring break (college student) and I'll get some marvel mystery and try it out. If it does break it free could I try to start it up or would there be more necessary? I'm guessing this is impossible for you guys to really be sure without seeing the state of the engine

I you pour the Marvel in each cylinder (as much as you can get in) then let it sit at least a week (make sure you put plugs back in) next step is to remove the plugs and try to turn with breaker bar. small turns back and forth. more and more each time. if you get it to free up pretty good then you can try to crank with the starter. Good luck. as an after though if there was a chance water got into the engine pull the oil drain plug you be suprised to see pure water as it would have seperated from the motor oil from sitting so long. if you pll the plug and immediately get oil put it back in if you get water drain and put fresh cheap oil in prior to marvel treatment.

Why do I need to put the plugs back while the marvel is sitting?
