Default Mustang 95 overheating

I need some troubleshooting help w/ my car. After i drive the car for about half hour the needle slowly moves to the hot zone then comes back to normal after the fan kicks in, and the process just repeats. Sometimes after i drive too long it just stays close to the hot zone all the time. I changed the thermostat, the water pump, the oil, i topped the coolant fluid and checked for leaks. And the upper radiator hose seems to have a lot of pressure when it is hot , almost look like it is about to pop. Could the system just have air. How can i burp it w / out having to buy special tools?

Its possible that your radiator is plugged up someplace.

Check your hoses when cold, if they seem very soft and rubbery, replace them.

As Dawson said, take a flashlight and look in your radiator, are the tubes corroded shut, which restricts flow.

Burp the system again if all else checks out. One a cold motor, remove the cap and start the car, keeping an eye on when the t-stat opens. Give the motor a couple gentle revs, once every 30 secs. When big air pockets stop coming out, button it up and drive it for 15-20 min. keeping an eye on temp gauge. Smaller pockets of air will work themselves out. Check coolant level and add if needed.

I tried all of the above and still over heats, but i decided to change the temperature sender and now it says normal most of the time until, like about 2 or 3 hours driving, it starts to get hot again. I pull over wait for the engine to cool and add like 2 liters of water. The reservoir is the same but the radiator is low. I think there is a leak but i dnt see one. Its like it evaporates inside the coolant cycle somewhere, any ideas?
