I have been using Royal Purple Oil for my mustang, want to get your feedback on if this is truly beneficial to my car or is regular oil just as good

No need to run that oil, unless your trying to stimulate the economy. There are benefits to synthetic oil, but from what I hear around here, there are better oils, ie: Amsoil, Mobil 1.

It is all personal preference, there will always be people that say X is better than X. It is whatever you want to run in it.
