I been racing mustangs since around 1990 when a 3.73 Gear and under drive pulleys and flowmaster exhaust was fast. LOL My current car is a 1979 Mustang I have owned since 1995. I purchased it from a auction it was abandoned on the freeway after a trip from Texas. I pulled the 4 cylinder engine and put in a 351 from F-250 with Dart Sr. steel heads victor Jr. Intake a Wolverine 5105 Hyd Roller cam and a 4 spd Toploader trans and 4.56 gear out back. The cars best time was a 10.96 at 121 MPH. it was a very fun car. The last motor that was in it was a URATCHKO racing engine prepped 427 with Victor Jr. Heads it ran a best ET of 9.06 at 148 MPH. I have a new motor coming together which is a SBF on NOS being built by URATCHKO and should put the car into the 7's in the 1/4 mile. Here is a few pictures. But she is under construction so she not complete.

Definitly getting wheelie bars and a shut. This cost to much money to not be safe.
