i have a 2012 mustang i just brought my first mustang btw.
the previous owner was messing around with the hood and left two dents it ?

does anyone know how to repair/remove/fix it ?
or recommend a body shop in the state of north Carolina . greensboro - Raleigh/Durham area .

look into a dent removal service in your area. They use special shaped spoons and usually only charge $75-100'bucks. When their done you'll never know a dent was there.
