Hi!
I have a new mustang and I am trying to PM the Ford Rep to provide the information she requested. Could you please enable this feature or tell me what I have to do to use PMs?

You should be able to click on the reps user name at the beginning of their post. A drop down menu should appear. "Send a private message" should appear. I am also new, have fewer posts, but was able to pm. Hope this helps
