Default Mod advice on what to do next

So I am having some traction issues and wanted to get some advice on the best modifications that would help with this issue. When cornering I have to really take it easy or else my tires start to spin. Today I was on a straight away in 2nd gear doing about 20mph and when I put the pedal to the floor my tires started spinning and they were not hooking very well either. The ground was not wet but it was about 40 degrees outside so maybe that was the issue. I didn't have this problem when the car was stock and all of these issues have started happening since I started modifying the car. Here's what I have done so far:

2013 Mustang GT
Automatic tranny
Track pack with brembo brakes
JLT cai
Magnaflow catback street series 3" exhaust
Bama 91 octance race tune
staggared 20x8.5 20x10.5
brand new cooper zeon rs33 255/30 front and 305/35 in the rear (less than a month old)

Everything else is stock. I will be installing a magnaflow xpipe with high flow cats next week that I am told will free up even more horse power. What do I need to do to get this pony to hook and launch off the line with out worrying about fish tailing? Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

As the temperature goes down the tires don't grip as well unless you use winter tires.

Even in 40 degree weather their not gripping as well and your adding more power to them.

The temperature down here has been all over the place. high 70's one week and then 50's the next week. I really have not notice a difference in my traction from one day to the next. I went from 255 in the rear to 305 hoping that more tread on the ground would help. It did a little bit but not as much as I had anticipated.
