Default Whistle noise only when car is in motion

I have a 1994 mustang gt with 373 gears When I start to move forward or when I am coming to a stop my car makes a odd whistling noise a almost inaudible high pitched whine can be heard. I have tried multiple ways of starting and stopping with the clutch and and out, different gears including neutral,*when you shut off the engine the noise can still be heard until the car stops rolling does anyone have any idea what this noise could be , I also just changed the breaks on the front and the back

Welcome to the forum.

Trying to diagnose a noise in a forum is really hard to do. A high pitched, almost inaudible whistle could be almost anything. Where would you say the noise is coming from, engine bay, or back of car ?

And correct me if I'm wrong, but it does this even when the car is moving with the engine off ? Coasting in neutral......

Were the gears installed professionally ?

Sounds to me like the back of the car but I'm not sure it's hard to tell from sitting inside the car , and yes it does it with the engine off and car is coasting in neutral ,

I'd say you have a classic case of gear whine then. Improper installation of the gears, not being shimmed perfectly, will cause this.

This is just my opinion though.
