When Roush produces a Stage 3 it is nominally rated at 575hp for the 2014 model and 670hp for the 2015+ model. The cars typically come from the Roush factory as a Stage 3 Phase 1. Roush will sell you a kit to take the cars to higher horsepower...Phase 2 or Phase 3. The kits vary depending on the year of the Mustang.
