Doors Rattling due to audio with bass
Hi,
I drive a 2016 ecoboost mustang with premium package and MBRP racing exhaust. I'm very happy with my purchase.. However I have two questions. I'm sure you experts should be able to answer very easily 1. When ever I turn up the volume and play a music with good bass, the doors (I think it's the doors) rattles/vibrates/distorts. It's annoying. I'm a music lover and I can't tolerate. It's a new car. I have noticed this issue from day one. Does any of you have the same problem? 2. I replaced my stock exhaust with MBRP racing exhaust (Y pipe, mufflets, tips). I'm happy with the sound. But At 3000 RPM I feel a bit of a vibration inside the car. Is that normal with after market exhaust? Thanks in advance. |
Is your car one of the turbos that fake the engine sound by amplifying it with the radio?

Welcome to the forum.
Being a new car, and assuming it's still the stock sound system, I'd be taking back to the dealer and have them deal with the rattle. Good luck |
