2005 mustang gt premium

Hey guys, new here and seeking some advice. Looking at a 2005 gt. Convertible, Car is CLEAN! 27,000 mile. Not much knowledge itch cars so I was wondering if there are any issues with this year I should know about as I am not really a hands on guy with cars. I'm retired and moved to fl. And thought it would be a nice little weekend car for me and the wife. Btw, it's an automatic. Price seems pretty good at $15,500. Any comments? Thanks in advance

So no one responded right away and you get an attitude?

And $15,500 seems high for a 2005. You can probably pick up a clean 2011 with the 5.0, much better engine than the 4.6 for about that price. I priced it out on edmunds.com and it comes up well below that price even as a premium package (you didn't indicate if it is the premium or base package)

As far as what to look for. The cowl drains get plugged and leak onto the smart junction box. Pull the cowl vents up and see if they are clear or if leaves etc are caught in there.

Welcome to the forum, but understand weekend's are usually alittle slow on here.

The Tech section would be a better place to post for these types of questions.

Good luck
