All depends on how it was maintained. The 4.6 in the Crown Vic has been known to go 400,000 + miles. My guess would be about 200,000 before anything major will need to be addressed.

Those 5.0's can can really rack up the miles with proper maintenance. Give it a good once over and take a chance. They have a very good reputation.

All depending on previous maintenance of course. Look for the obvious signs of neglect and go from there. Good luck
