New user! Also soon to be new owner of 2017 Mustang!
Hey everyone I just wanted to introduce myself! I am a die hard Mustang fan living here in sunny and rainy Boca Raton, FL. I have been a fan of these cars for quite some time, and loved riding in my dads old Fastback growing up.
Now, at 26, I am about to finally upgrade my daily driver (02 Focus) to a brand new 2017 Mustang! I am not sure on the options yet but have been looking at the v6 model and think I could swing the cost.
Any recommendations on the latest model and am I doing the right thing by going for a v6? I would of course love the GT but I think that may be a little bit out of my budget... I would wait a little longer but my Focus is on it's last breath.
Anyways, look forward to chatting with you all!

I test drove 3 powertrains: V-6, ecoboost, 5.0-----liked the V-6 over ecoboost for myself....but sadly FMC does not allow much in way of options on the V-6 configuration......your best $ bet would be to either locate a 2016 with 0% and the $1000 lot bonus.......second idea would be to find nice off-rental V-6 convertible from one of major daily rental companies......you would be in better position equity wise to drive it a while and later consider upgrade to GT Prem convertible. Just my 2 cents
