I believe '01 rearend is a little wider but I'm not that familiar with the newer Mustangs. You can use the search feature here and dig up old threads that cover this exact topic.

yea it is wider but from my research so fat, I believe it should all bolt right up except the yoke. I just need to change the universal joint and yoke. Still got a little time left to research. Thanks.
