Default Throttle Body or TPS

Hello everyone, recently I've been having problems with my throttle body or TPS. I replaced the TPS (which I bought from Ford dealership), my car will run while idle but once I put it in gear (drive) the sensor icon (on the dash) will come up. I looked for the TB on the junkyards and they have them but the TB doesn't have the cooling system. What can or should I do?

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you have a 2005 4.0 V6; you don't need the "cooling sytem" which is actually a heater for your throttle body. Most of the 2005 owners deleted and Ford deleted it starting with the 2006 model year. There is a write up in the S197 V6 section.
