New to me 95 Mustang GT Convertible
Hi all. Just bought me a new toy. 1995 Mustang GT convertible to play around with. I have restored many cars from the late 60s to late 70s and owned many newer ones. The Mustang i bought was converted to look like a 96 Cobra. It has the front end, Hood, rear Bumper and 2 piston brakes of a Cobra. As well as 18in Cobra R rims and Cobra R side exhaust.
My first question is, since it has much larger rims the Speedo is off. Can this be adjusted with a programer or does it need a new speedo gear?

Welcome to the forum!
You're looking for a speedo gear. Check your differential and see if the axle gears have ever been changed to a different ratio, and write down your tire size too. Plug the information into an online calculator like this one, and don't forget to visit the Tech section here. Glad to have you!
