Default Newbie needs to learns before takes plunge

Hello all! I have a life long interest in a 67 or 68 convertible. I have been " bugging" a collector friend of mine and he suggested I join your forum. I know that I am looking for a Frame up restoration and a 5 speed. Beyond that I want to absorb as much info. as I can before I try do make this real around April/ May 2018. Thanks for your help and looking forward to learning from all of you.

Be careful getting involved in older cars.

Seek a qualified professional before purchasing anything.

Best of luck.

There is a "classic" section here that you should check out. I'm sure that some of the people who frequent that section can be a big help to you.
