You have a beautiful car. I'm in the SF Bay Area. I'm shopping for a 2018. I'm still trying to decide what options I want.

I am renting a 2018 GT this weekend, from Hertz. I want to get a feel for it. Hopefully it will help me make up my mind regarding options.

I'm 55 y/o and this is my 1st NICE Car.

Hey! I'm 51 and this is my 1st nice car lol! My favorite options are the adjustable valve performance exhaust, magnaride suspension and the smart and safe package. The digital dash is cool, but after having it, I don't see it as a must have. My car already had the Recaro seats, but they are kind of a pain in the butt to get in an out of. I always have to recline the seat all the way back to get my fat *** out of the car lol. I was originally looking at getting an automatic since this is my DD and I drive in California traffic all the time, but this car had everything I wanted but in manual. Glad I got the manual though, it's lots of fun. The clutch assist spring is really heavy so my next mod will be to switch to the Steeda spring. The smart and safe is great, especially for the rear camera traffic warning. I always look back but sometimes other drivers can pop out from nowhere.

BigRiver-

Thank you!! That is all GREAT info. I may follow your path and get the exhaust, and smart and safe. I do not know if I want to spring for the new suspension.

Dont need magneride or PP, safe and smart is awesome and the best $1500 option
Verts handle the worst and ours seems glued in,
love the 401a premium and gauge

The exhaust is unnecessary

sport and track modes is all the performance , handling , and sound you need!

ours is a daily driver and I believe in full
spare tires that non pp allows

oh and stock 401a stereo and large nav screen are great
