Default Decisions, decisions

I'm looking at a couple of rides, a 2015 Stang with a little over 19K miles and a stage 2 Roush for $38K, would this be considered a good/fair price? The other is a GT Premium with 4453 miles, asking price is $32K. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks

GO with the 2017 GT Premium, and you can spend the other $6000 on mods, unless
the Phase 2 has a supercharger on it.

2017 all day long. Used (any) Roushes tend to be overpriced anyway. They are just GTs with eye candy unless they have a supercharger.
