Exclamation too much to deal with alone

hello fellow mustang lovers, as you can see im new here and i really need some help and im hoping im posting this in the right place but anyways, i have a 2000 3.8 lt mustange and we were riding down the road and it just died with no warnning and will not start but will crank until the battery is dead, it was a show car before i got it, has a brand new engine in it with less then 450 miles on the engine, i have checked fuel pressure and its getting 55 psi, iv checked timing all good there, iv checked all spark plugs and replaced them aswell, all getting spark, iv been told that its getting to much fuel and iv already looked for a fuel reg but the parts house here in town looks at me funny and says it dose not have one but im pretty sure it dose and i cant be sure if that is even the problem, iv replaced crank, cam, temp and two o2 sensors, it has 0 codes and never had any and no security problens that i know of, im putting way to much money into this car when i was told it wouldent have any problems for a long time, im out of ideas at this point
