Fun car . Few questions

seems like it accelerates way faster than a stock v8 4.6. Don't see any aftermarket parts under hood. Can a mechanic plug into cpu too see if cams upgraded or anything else like gear ratio.. or is there a way for me to find out myself.. see

seems lower too ground . That makes me believe a racing or performance pack waz installed. Is there somewhete on car i can look that would clue me in on this info
also I don't see any markings on exhaust but how car sounds it must have aftermarket. How can I tell??
