HELP! Hesitation With Chirping Sound
2001 Mustang V6 3.8-
Please help anyone im not sure what to do,
So my car has been hesitating/ surging with a quite chirping sound with it. It threw Code P0301-(Cylinder 1 Mis-Fire). Its got about 65,000 miles on it and is super clean all the way around. Heres a list of everything I've done and replaced-
1. New Air Filter
2. New Fuel Filter
3. New Spark Plugs
4. New Plug Wires
5. Cleaned MAF
6. Cleaned Almost All Electrical Connectors
7. Cleaned Throttle Body
8. New Throttle Positioning Sensor
9. New Camshaft Positioning Sensor
10. New Crankshaft Positioning Sensor
11. Tested Coil Pack
12. Checked For Vacume Leaks
I really can't afford to take it to a mechanic, Please If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

How is the serpentine belt? That might relate to a chirping noise though I doubt it relates to the engine hesitating...are the new plugs gapped properly? The entire ignition system was checked? How is the coolant level and oil level?
A mechanic might be your best bet because throwing more parts at it may not fix the issue. If ignition/electrical and air delivery (new air filter and no leaks) are all set then my guess would be fuel related, maybe the fuel pump is failing or you have ****ty gas but I would rather a mechanic look at it instead of guessing.
