Ignition lock cylinder change
 
I changed my ignition lock cylinder in my 98 gt now theft light flashes fast and car cranks but won't start.

If you had to get new keys, then they need programmed into PATS.

Yep... Unless you have a tuner, with a custom tune with PATS disabled.
