GEM draining battery

GEM draining battery
I have a 2003 V-6 convertible; when my car was sitting the battery was dead. We pulled the fuses and when we got to the fuse for the GEM the drain went away (went from .25 to .008 on the multi-meter) PLEASE HELP ME.. HOW DO I STOP THIS FROM DRAINING MY BATTERY. thank you!
