I'm brand new to the forum, and a new mustang owner. I have a 2015 Mustang GT 6 speed manual with 35,000 miles on it. Recently I've been having issues where when I down shift into 2nd gear, it doesn't fully engage, the shifter rattles like crazy, and the car makes a very loud almost like grinding noise, but not quite. It usually goes away when the clutch is pressed and the I try shifting into second again. It usually would only do this once about every 50-60 shifts, but now it's doing it every other shift. Any possible ideas what could be wrong with it? Attached is a video of what it sounds like while driving.

the clutch is not fully disengaging, . Try double clutching. See if that helps it.
