3.78 or 4.10 gears for v6

3.78 or 4.10 gears for v6
Im not to clear on the whole gear concept and do not know which is better. Can someone please explain to me the way each would either help or hurt my 2000 v6 mustang?

they would hurt ur gas milage, that's about it...i'd get 4.10's over 3.73's...</P>

for a V6 i would go with 3.73 if you drive on the highway alot. 4.30 if you dont

I have 4:10's on my V6 and I love it. Quick as heck and great on the highway. At about 70 M.P.H. it runs about 2k rpm.

alright thanx for the help ill go with 4.10. Not worried about gas mileage and I guess I should get a t-lok as well. Right?
