Default I can’t find it

1973 mustangconvertable help requested. I am an experience mechanic but need help with this one.

I am trying to locate theresistor that goes between the ignition switch and the voltage regulator. The shop manual show the resistorconected to the alternator warning light and has purple or black/light green wire. I have searched under the dash and in the engine compartment with no luck.

Does anyone know exactly were the resistor is mounted or have a picture of it. I only need the picture if it does not look like a "normal" resistor.
