I'm Comn for ya Roundman

Be glad to know I'm doing MUCH better at the track.
First run of the night happened to be my best.
And here it is:
R/T: .673
60' 2.089
330: 5.947
1/8: 9.086@78.23MPH
1000: 11.757
1/4: 13.975@101.97
Almost busted 102MPH there

very close.
Also got to join the 100MPH club
Woo!
got a sticker

Also decided to not give nhdungeonracer any more wins.
So, I gave him a nice view of my tailights after spinnin horribly off the line thru first and second gear.
Had a fun night, was so excited when I broke 13's

AND I only missed third ONCE today!!
New Record!
Next time I go though, I'm definatly trying 5th gear.
I also tried switchin gears at around 5500 rpms instead of 5000.
Seemed to have done a better job.
Anyways,
WATCH OUT ROUNDMAN!
I'm gonna beatcha!
Edit: Oh, and I almost beat an STi today too! I ran a 14.0 while the STi ran a 13 somethin.
He couldnt shake me at all, I was at his rear fender the whole race and slowly gaining.
He finished at 96mph I finished at 101mph
The kid is getting better, no doubt to that.
I knew one one of these times he was gonna get sick of my tailllights
Looks like I'm back to being one of the slower Stangs again [:'(], Although I did my best as well
14.656 @ 94.49

See, I told you if you quit missing 3rd gear you could run a better number!
Guess you finally found a way around that "hump" in your shifter! LOL
Welcome to the 13 second club even if you did just barely make it! LOL
Once you get some slicks you can probably get that 60' time down to less than 2 secs and your overall ET will improve a bunch! You're only .422 seconds behind my best so far, so there is some hope, although slim, for you yet!
I assume the air conditions were better this night than the previous times as nhdungeon also ran his best numbers too! Or maybe the track was warmer and the traction was better? Y'all have to be the judges on this factor. Then again, it could be your both are gaining confidence in your abilities to drive a car on the strip!
Anyway, good job for both of you guys!
I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO BRING IT ON!

So Norman, glad you could join us here. You must have gotten your wife's "to do" list pretty well knocked down if you have time to come here [
] Now you better get practiced up for tomorrow night when the HOST racers invade your garage
I think it's time I bring that trophy back to Canterbury
You and OB now have to get together and race. That'd be a neat pic, a couple of black fox-bodied GT's battling it out. Just get OB nervous, and you'll beat him. He likes to miss gears [sm=smiley8.gif]
