Need a good mechanic for 68 Mustang Convertible in the Rochester, Buffalo or Syracuse NY area

I'm looking for a good mechanic to help convert a 68 Mustang Convertible to a Shelby. Is there anyone in the Rochester, Buffalo or Syracuse NY area that can help???
Restoration shops or private mechanics welcome to respond.
