*chomp* Mmmm, tastes like chicken with a spritz of britz.

I knew you'd come through with the fancy stuff. The Whiskey, Caramel, Marshmallow and Bacon Bark will get made. Maybe not as well assembled, but I can taste all those flavors in my minds tongue.

....the Guinness cookies, brownies, etc have really gotten popular. I need to try yours some time soon. I've been curious.

use the bacon crumble recipe up in the bark recipe. or yeah, just chop up your bacon, cook it in a saute pan, drain the fat, remove the bacon, pour about 1/4 cup of sugar into the pan, stir it around til it starts to bubble, pour in a handful of bacon, stir til it coats the bacon in like a white powder and then add some more bacon. but you have to be careful, otherwise you're eating ****ing bacon crack-rocks cause the sugar over crystallizes. then you have pissed off teeth.

You know what's funny about that is that everytime I'm in the kitchen, my younger son Cody always says, grill me a cheese, in JB's voice, lol. He's got it down to a tee. That boy makes me laugh so much!

Candied bacon is easy:

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grab a baking tray and cover it in foil, so the sugar doesn't burn onto it. Place cooling rack on top of tray

Put about 1/2 cup brown sugar in bag. Add bacon into bag 2 or 3 strips at a time and shake to coat. Place the now coated bacon onto the tray. (Add some cayenne pepper now on top if you want to. Trust me. You want to)

Place in oven for 20 mins or so. If you want to flatten then bacon, put another tray (again, covered in foil) on top of the bacon.

Check after 20 mins. It may require more cooking time depending on how you like your bacon. It will crisp up a bit once it is removed from the oven too.

Edit: I am gonna do bacon bark this week. That sounds awesome!
