Thinking about a simple Taco Salad tonight. Only problem is no good tomatoes at the store today. I am feeling too lazy to put any real effort into anything right now

@stangurl. I've never coated my chicken in Bachelor of Business Administration.

Yeah, I'm thinking bbq. I feel like some jumbo shrimp on the grill with the shikin. Hmm. I don't feel like going to the store though, lol. I have plenty of beer, plenty of veggies and things to make to go with the chickenz and even an apple pie and banana split ice cream.

If anyone can give me one good reason to go to le store, I will and buy some shrimp.

....and no kast, you can't say to buy skrimpz. lol

Tomatoes ruin salads.

@HRnB, I'm using my phone and Swype doesn't always cooperate. A Bachelors in business administration might be tasty. I haven't tried it yet. Lol. Eh, forget le store. Just make chicken and veggies.

Bourbon. You know you need some.

Well, at least I do. Almost out. Gotta get some Vodka to make Limoncello too.

Tomatoes are a requirement in almost any Mexican, Tex-Mex, etc....style food! Unless you work for the Gov't. Then Ketchup is an acceptable substitute

Weather is turning around towards spring! Almost time to smoke some ribs up!

That sounds naughty, SG.

...for the record, I have my bbba and I've been told I'm pretty tasty.

I do have vodka. But only one lemon. But a bag of limes. How would Lime'ncello taste?

I eat Mexican food on a frequent basis and I still don't like tomatoes

Yeah, I decided to marinate the chicken. It shall go on in a while. I'll grill some veggies to go with it and maybe rice. Or some kind of cheesy potatoes. I'm thinking au gratin, maybe with some bacon on it.

....mmmMmm bacon.

Had a party for my daughter's prom night Sat. She didn't have a date and feels that the HS boys are way too immature. Yep, she will leaving for basic training end of July.

Smoked two racks of ribs and a butt roast. Grilled onions/yellow peppers/portabellos/zucc. Forgot to put the rice on early enough due to adult beverages, so I did wheat pasta instead with butter parmesan and garlic. A good time was had by all.

Side note to self.......drinking games until 5:00 A.M. with teens/twentys is not good for an old fart's health. The swollen brain and exploding anus the next day were no fun.

Sounds good and fun, bfd. I on the other hand love the drinking games with my boys and their friends. Me and my friends drink their asses under the table, lol.
It's a simple equation.
Young guys:
They drink as much and as fast as they can in the first hour.
Results: They get wasted and either puke or pass out or both.

Older guys: We pace our drinking and enjoy good conversation, tasty noms and taking bets on which young guy will puke first, lol
Results: Good times.

Oh, I just noticed I took a pic of my bbq shickinz last night. I made a cheesy pasta with green bean and cauliflower, chicken rice and good ol' Bushes black bean fiesta beans.

I made enough to feed everyone AND have leftovers for lunch today. I love leftover bbq chicken.
