I don't blame BK for this move, this country is heading towards socialism which means high taxes so, eventually, who the *** wants to give 50%+ of their earnings for taxes?

Good, let them go. BK sucks. Let every company go to Canada or anywhere they want. There will be a company that pops right up to replace them.

Also, it's just a matter of time before the tax code changes to stop companies from making their money in America and living under other country's tax codes and storing their money outside of the US. They will be getting penalized, while companies that do business here in the US will get tax breaks and incentives to store their money here.

It'll happen soon. It's already being amended and I bet will be in effect before 2016. If not, that will be an election promise by the left and independent candidates.

And companies that headquarter outside the US will no longer be able to do business in the US (Costs too much) and they will retaliate and do the same to our companies. It would be like raising tariff's 20%. The US is not very corporate friendly anymore. It's not the right course of action, the correct course is to make companies want to headquarter in the US, not drive them away. People try to claim our corporate tax policies are fair or lower than any 1st world country else but there is proof (Companies finding ways to headquarter in europe and canada) that isn't true.

Honestly, I'd rather see In&Out go national and fill BK's niche. Let BK go feed the hosers, lol.

How do you figure? This country is run by corporate crony capitalism. It's the guys like Bezos and Musk that are redesigning the American capitalist platform. I say let every crony slave corporation take a hike and make room for a new progressive generation.
Of course that would be economic suicide, but I'm not an expert in the field, so I get a pass for a remark like that, lol.
