we are on track for the 2nd coldest Feb in history.. average temp is -.038. coldest was in 1938, at -5.2. 4th most snow in Feb. Last year we had the most snow in feb ever, 32.6". Only problem with the snow this year is it has hardly melted because it isn't getting above freezing... we were in the -70s with windchill... our average windspeed is 14-15mph in the winter, for the year it's 12.5.
