Default Opinions on Recaro Seats????

I've never thought ordering Recaro seats made any sense. Today I was checking out some options on new Mustangs. I sat in a car with Recaro Seats! Very comfortable! I don't know if they are worth what the cost is.... but I have to admit.... very comfortable!

So what do you think about Recaro seats?? My MSRP on a 2016 keeps going up!

Recaro's weren't an option when I ordered my 11, so I got them in my 14.
They are at least as comfortable as the seats in the 11, not as thickly padded in the seat area.
I gave up heated power seats the get the Recaro's, which are manual.
Depending on your body type, ingress / egress without moving the seat may be annoying.
I would consider this option in future car purchases.

Yep, they are kind of a pain getting in and out and they royally suck when concealed carrying, but they are really nice when spirited cornering.

I almost ordered them for my 2013, but didn't want to give up the heated seats. It was only several months later that I thought about the fact that I could have just put in aftermarket seat heating. But I couldn't have ordered the saddle interior so everything is a trade off. I have tried them out and the Recaro's weren't uncomfortable at all, but I can see how getting in and out could be a problem for some people because they do hold you in tighter.

I'm fine with stock heated leather seats.

I've heard complaints at least for the Focus Recaro seats that they can be uncomfortable on longer trips, also bigger chaps might have an issue. So yeah.

Actually, that is pretty true, that 8-9 hour trip to San Angelo was a tad bit wearing on the old fart ****.......of course that could also be because of my stiff suspension
