Default Surgery went well

New pacemaker friday! Still sore but yeah good to go for another 10 years or so.

Anyone else have to deal with this BS?

Turned 76 last week. No chest pains or heart symptoms ever (or rather, yet!), but I attribute this to never having smoked. In high school, lots of my friends started, but the horrible taste it left the one time I tried it told me don't start. Lucky, I guess.

My sister, 12 years older than I, started at 14. At 65, it killed her. Unfortunately, I like to drink..........imp

You're in luck. I saw a study that if you drink and don't smoke, you'll live longer than a non drinker.
Of course it said "moderate drinking". Like Billy said on Goliath when asked if he drinks too much, he said No, I drink just the right amount.
