Mark your calendars and hope to see you all there....
...I'm not sure what happened in the translation but it's not supposed to be a green background; supposed to be white. But anyways it's got all the info.
The small print toward the bottom is hard to read so here it is:
"Complete the form and mail with $8.00 check or money order to: The NMSS c/o Anita Pheasant, 218 Fairview St Marion, Ohio 43302. A confirmation of entry and entry number will be furnished by return mail. LIABILITY: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, spectators by execution of the entry form, release and discharged the Marion County MS self help group/ the county/city of Marion and their officers, moose Lodge from any known damaged, injuries whatsoever that may be suffered. (SORRY NO REFUNDS)."
