I was curious when that would happen. IMO, it was really cheap for what you received.

I doubt it's Motorcraft who raised the price. Walmart had announced they were rolling up prices on a lot of items to make up for lost profits due to the economy. I always got it there because it was cheap, gonna have to look elsewhere, maybe Target? Raising prices during a recession doesn't show a lot of customer appreciation. Our WalMart has gotten so shoddy and understocked lately, I hardly shop there anymore as it is.

PS: I hate going in walmart because I get asked if I wanna buy "rock" of some crackhead just about 5 out of 10 trips.

I hate Wally-World. All their crap is made in China (well, virtually almost all of it) and all this says to me is Wally-World is only helping contribute to outsourcing and taking good paying jobs away from Americans. And I hate other stores that do this same trend...Target, K Mark, etc.
And since stores like these buy $*** from China instead of from American makers, that is why I make the over-generalization that their oils and filters are cheap sorry 3000mile made-to-break and throw away Chinese goods.

Sorry, I'm ranting.
Speaking of Ford's Motorcraft, is Motorcraft's Permium and Full synthetics just that? Are they really full synthetics or are they a blend of dino and some synth?

Thanks, I didn't think it is a full synth.

I heard it was was a full synth from one guy.
I also heard that it was also fill dino from another.
But these are just hear-say (which I do not really trust because these guys never said that they actually used Motorcraft).

Sad, I know more about Royal Purple, AMSOil, and Mobile 1 from these threads than I do about Ford's Motorcraft (hardly anyone wrote about Motorcraft oil).
