Cool. Thing is. For the people who used Paypa you can't do nothing. It's in Paypals TOS. Been there done that. They guy got off eeasy and just had some fake collection agency try to get his money. I learned so much when I got scammed. Paypal and EBay favor scammers in a lot of situations. And he's stupid for giving out his address. He should of just kept it Strictly Paypal with fake info and a Proxy. He would of gotten away with it. Or at least thats what the Dept that I delt with told me.

If you have won a disbute with paypal and the person does not have any money in his accout call your bank.. they will get it for you...
